The All You Can Leadership Academy After-School Program provides young people with a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where they can learn, lead, grow, and discover their potential. Our goal is to go beyond traditional after-school care by exposing students to opportunities, experiences, and relationships that help prepare them for success in school, their careers, and life.
Students participate in life-skills and leadership development, career certifications, mentorship, guest-speaker sessions, educational field trips, academic support, and social-emotional development. Through hands-on activities and exposure to professionals from a variety of industries, students can explore career pathways, discover new interests, and develop practical skills they can carry into adulthood.
Mentorship is at the heart of the Leadership Academy. We connect students with positive role models, community leaders, professionals, and organizations that encourage them to think bigger about their futures. Whether they are learning a skilled trade, earning a certification, visiting a workplace, developing financial literacy, or having a conversation with a community leader, we believe exposure creates opportunity.
The program also focuses on the whole student. Participants build confidence, communication skills, accountability, teamwork, conflict-resolution skills, and healthy relationships while developing a stronger sense of responsibility to themselves and their communities.
To help remove barriers for families, the All You Can Leadership Academy After-School Program is always free for participating families. Snacks and dinner are included, along with program activities, field trips, career experiences, and other resources.
We want every student who walks through our doors to know that their circumstances do not determine their future. With the right support, exposure, skills, and opportunities, they can accomplish more than they ever imagined.
Learn. Lead. Grow.
Empowering Today’s Youth. Preparing Tomorrow’s Leaders.
